OEIS links in the Wikipedia

Also note when adding links that the templates Template:OEIS and 
Template:OEIS2C may be of use.

{{OEIS|id=A123456}} for "(sequence A123456 in OEIS)", with links for both 
the sequence number and OEIS.

{{OEIS2C|id=A123456}} for "A123456" (just a plain link, intended for 
second and subsequent links in an article).

Joseph,   that is very helpful!  I was wondering about how to
add the links.

Just to make sure I understand, when I'm editing an
entry in the Wikipedia, 

instead of typing 
"sequence A123456 in OEIS"
I should rather type
"{{OEIS|id=A123456}}" ,
and later, instead of 
"A123456"  
I would just type
"{{OEIS2C|id=A123456}}"

- is that right?
