problem defining A117216

OOPS - in fact I calculated the terms in order to check if the seq.
was already in OEIS, but once I had calculated them, I forgot about
that purpose. Now I recalled it, and in fact the seq. is already there:
A122535 - with a definition as cryptic as my PARI code
(if I dare so, maybe even a little more cryptic... but at least rigorous).

Both sequences date from 2006, I leave it up to Neil to decide
which one should be eliminated in favour of the other one,
and to merge PARI code and crossrefs into the remaining one.
I'd also suggest to put the definition of the deleted one as %C into
the other one (both definitions are complementary and it might be
considered as a question of personal taste which one should be
preferred).
