problem defining A117216

In the definition
A139074(n) = smallest prime p such that (n+p!)/n is prime.

why do you write (n+p!)/n instead of 1+p!/n ?

Also, it is not clear to me whether the sequence is well-defined.
What makes you sure there will always be such a p ?
