Thanks, I hadn't seen that. I think A140778 should be added to this
index entry; and so should A061577 (which I just found from the link in
A005228).
Also, I would crossrefs in A005228 to both A037257 and A140778, and a
crossref in A140778 to A005228.

I agree with Max's comment concerning the name of A005228; it also
applies to A061577 (with the additional proviso needed that a(1) = 2).

I think there many such sequences exist....
dates back twenty years or more (see the M2629 number on it?)
It was chosen to make the reader think.
Nevertheless I will add a comment spelling out a more precise definition.
