[seqfan] offset of A000254 wrong?

Stirling numbers of first kind s(n,2):
0, 1, 3, 11, 50, 274, 1764, ...

offset is 0, but should be 1:
there is no permutation of 1 element into two cycles,
there is one permutation of 2 elements into two cycles.

May also need polishing of comments, e.g. polynomial
  P(n,X)=(X+1)(X+2)(X+3)...(X+n)
should be
  P(n,X)=(X+1)(X+2)(X+3)...(X+n-1)

Also I fail to see why the seq. contains a link to a page
titled "Prism Of Spirals: Images, visions, and hallucinations".
Text (under LINKS) for link in question is
"Home Page (listed in lieu of email address)".
Apparently there are about 200 instances of this,
somebody PRETTY PLEASE wash this away!
