I agree that this would be better.

If you change the offsets you also need to change all associated b-files 
(supposing the b-files are consistent with the offsets assigned to the 
sequence).  One thing I'd like to see in the Wiki version is a better 
integration of b-files - it should be possible to add or extend a sequence 
by uploading a b-file instead of pasting in terms, all terms entered when 
submitting a sequence or extension should automatically be preserved in a 
b-file as needed and it should be possible to download the terms of any 
sequence in b-file format; it should also be possible to do offset-change 
operations (whether or not combined with adjustments to initial terms) and 
have any b-file change automatically.
