[seqfan] b-file mismatch A145174

There are problems with the b-file of A145174:
- The offset does not match the one in the main database (1 versus 2).
- The first value in the bfile is not in the %S -line
- The value listed as a(18)=469 in the b-file is listed as 744 in the
  %S line. The value listed as a(31)=1066 in the b-file is 166 in the %T-line.
  The value listed as a(33)=1605 in the b-file is 165 in the %T-line.
  The value listed as a(34)=560 in the b-file is 56 in the %T-line.
  The value listed as a(44)=360 in the b-file is 36 in the %U-line.

Can anyone comment on which of these is correct?
