S/T/U lines and b-file should agree on offset - either drop a(1)=0 from b-file or add to S/T/U lines and change offset.

Values listed in b-file are correct for:

a(18)=468 (not 469)
a(33)=1605
a(34)=560
a(44)=360

Corresponding values in S/T/U lines should be corrected.
