It is not hard to extend this sequence.  Using primes less than 10^8, it
takes only a few minutes to find 39034 terms.  The next term requires a
prime greater than 10^8.

Can someone give more detail on how Daniel Shiu's theorem shows that this
sequence is defined for all n?  The current comment is not clear to me.
