[seqfan] Superseeker access

How difficult would it be to change the superseeker access rule to 
something like 6 uses in a 24-hour period, instead of the current 1 per 
hour?

It had been literally months since I used superseeker, but when I did 
want to use it, I had two related requests to make in a short period.  
Waiting an hour for the second is an annoyance.
