[seqfan] The OEIS is up-to-date

Dear Seqfans,  As I warned you, I was travelling for 10 days or so
starting March 23.  Unfortunately this had no effect on the
number of submissions.  I've just finished processing about 1200 SubmitA
comments, 600 SubmitC comments, 700 new submissions, 125 b-files,
and many EDITS.  So the OEIS is up-to-date as of this morning.

I will be very happy when the OEIS Wiki is up and running,
so that the 70 editors can take over this job!
