This means that the Padovan sequence and its partial sum in A134816
(where one will see essentially the same Gerasimov phrase) are essentially the same
sequence after some initial terms (and so is A133034).

So the meaning is ( note a formula with a wrong index in A134816)

%C A000931 a(n+4) = A134816(n), where A134816(n+1) = sum_{i=0..n} a(n).

I suggest you submitC (C is an essentialy vitamine...)
