The OEIS is constantly changing.

I get about 200 messages a day.

It is not possible to check every new sequence
before it is entered into the database.

So some entries get changed - the sequence A144522 
that you mentioned needed editing, and I have
just edited it.
Thank you for pointing out that something was 
wrong with the cross-references.  
I have in fact changed the whole entry - both
the definition, the examples and the initial terms.
