The following questions arise with respect to http://oeis.org/A162515 : i) shouldn't the offset be 0? ii) Is the top row entry rather 1 than 0? It seems the definition requires it to be 0 (subraction of two powers with exponent 0), whereas the comment about row sums and the formula require a 1. Richard Mathar
