I have added a section on enumerating these paths, in terms of coefficient triangles.

It provides informal proofs of many of the previously observed matches with the sequences in Paul Barry's paper.

It also loosely defines generalized Super-Catalan triangles and generalized Schroeder triangles in the same vein
as generalized Pascal (1,s-1,1)-arrays.
