[seqfan] Need help in registering OEIS, another request

Dear Sequence Fans,

I am told that would be helpful to get a few affidavits from people 
who are "members of the general public" (as opposed
to scientists) - doctors, taxi-drivers, fishermen, etc.  

And you don't need to have been a long-term user.
You just have to be a resident of the USA.
If you are, I could use an affidavit something like the following.

The drawback is that it has to be signed in front of a Notary Public,
which a lot of trouble to go to.

If I could get few affidavits like this, it would be a big help.

Let me know if you would be willing to help the OEIS in this way!

But don't do it yet, the wording may need to be changed.
