[seqfan] Slowest increasing sequence where a(n)-n is prime

I've been trying to figure out A107820, "Slowest increasing sequence
where a(n)-n is prime".

The terms are given as 3, 5, 8, 9, 10, ... with all integers above 7
(at least through 76, the last term given) appearing.

The example is "(3)-1=2, which i prime; (5)-2=3=prime; (8)-3=5;
(9)-4=5; (10)-5=5; and so on."

But it seems to me that the slowest-growing increasing sequence is

3, 4, 5, 6, ...

Any ideas of what the intent is here? Mysteriously, the sequence
includes keyword:base and offset 3 (contradicting the examples).

I sent the author an email two weeks ago but have not received any response.
