[seqfan] A138902 and A138908.

It looks to me like https://oeis.org/A138902 is an incorrect version of 
A047726. It is incorrect because it fails to take into account 
duplicated digits in n. The only alternative explanation I can see is 
that it numdig(n)!, where numdig is the number of digits in the base 10 
representation of n. The latter fits the numbers (if the offset is 
changed to 0), while the former fits the definition.

The same problems afflict A138908, with the additional problem that the 
numbers are wrong from a(100) on, regardless. The sequence (parallel to 
A047726) that it would be an incorrect version of is not in the OEIS. 
In the latter case, it should be numdig(n)^numdig(n).

Can someone (perhaps the author) clarify what these are supposed to be?
