[seqfan] sqrt digits last few values

I was comparing some code I wrote against oeis sequences of sqrt digits
and I've got doubts about the last few values in each of

    A004542  sqrt(2) base 5
    A004582  sqrt(8) base 7
    A004583  sqrt(8) base 8
    A004584  sqrt(8) base 9
    A004588  sqrt(10) base 5

I'm fairly sure the last value in A004583 sqrt(8) base 8 should be 5 not
4, just from squaring it back up.  Perhaps someone with a program they
trust might double check the others.
