[seqfan] A historical sequence pertaining to Fermat's last theorem

I'm not sure if this is already in the OEIS, because I'm not quite sure how
to ascertain the terms and because I suspect that if it was proposed at one
point, it ran into some objections:

Just prior to the Wiles proof of Fermat's conjecture, which n were not
ruled out from solutions to x^n + y^n = z^n ? The only numbers I can think
of that don't belong to this sequence are the Sophie Germain primes, and 4.
