I just want to add one little detail to what Olivier said: if you do a
search like "author:Nicholson," the underlines are not converted to links,
but appear something like this:


AUTHOR

_John W. *Nicholson*_, May 22 2011

If you then click on the sequence number (e.g.,
A190874<http://oeis.org/A190874>),
you will then see the link created:

AUTHOR

John W. Nicholson <http://oeis.org/wiki/User:John_W._Nicholson>, May 22 2011
