[seqfan] Re: missing b-files in range A000100-A000200

I've done the ones I'm confident about.  The remaining cases are:
116, 117, 131, 135, 147, 148, 158, 160, 167, 171, 184.
I have code for some of these as well, but as in some cases I already made
extensions to these sequences or they are based on secondary sources, it
would be best to have these ones independently computed.
I'm happy to compare after the fact with bfile anyone else produces.
