[seqfan] Signing submissions

	Alois suggested to me that I should "Please sign your
contributions using: ~~~~"  I'm sorry to be a bit obtuse, but I'm not
clear about exactly what Alois is suggesting should be the format.
Also: does it apply only to entries in the formula field, or also to the
comments field or the extensions field?  Is there a standard format that
should be used for each of these, and also for submitting new sequences?
	Happy to comply once I understand what is desired.
