Silly question: Why is it thatA002372 <https://oeis.org/A002372> andA002375 <https://oeis.org/A002375> begin with an index of one, not zero? After all, A005843 <https://oeis.org/A005843>defines the even numbers as "a(n) = 2n", and A005843(0) = 0. Jonathan
