A002372 is defined as
Goldbach conjecture: number of decompositions of 2n into ordered sums of
two odd primes.
When n=3 we can write 6 = 3+3
n=4: 8=3+3 = 5+3, so a(4)=2
The offset is 1 and that is correct - there is no mistake
