Nice examples to introduce the topic on the wiki might be those given
by John Baez:

* Only finitely many numbers of the form n(n+11)(n+111) are perfect cubes.
* Only finite many numbers of the form n! + 1111 are perfect squares.

Are these examples on OEIS?

Which reminds me of the following curiosity: Even the NY Times science
writer once could not
write down a correct statement of FLT when Wiles' proof came up. Let's
see what happens this time.
