Paolo, Thanks for noticing that duplication. I have merged the two entries.
(Even with a quite small entry like this, this is not so easy to do,
especially when there are a- or b-files on the server that need to be
renamed.
I declared A140108 to be dead, but I did not delete it, since it has been
in the OEIS for many years.)
