[seqfan] 2*A087483(n) = A053799(n+1) ?

While searching for something else, I came upon these two:

http://oeis.org/A087483
"Row 0 of the order array of 3/2, i.e. row 0 of the transposable
dispersion in A087465, hence column 0 of the transposable dispersion
in A087468."

http://oeis.org/A053799
"Number of basis partitions of n+9 with Durfee square size 3."

Is it true that 2*A087483(n) =  A053799(n+1) ?
(For example, by their GF's. Note however, that in the other one it is
only "empirical".)
