It turns out that it is a dublicate of A114994 with some another approach. 
Therefore, I relocated all comments and formulas in this sequence.

With help of Peter, I submitted A233130 which is a ring with a special "multiplication" and 0 as a 1  (see comment). I think that many analogs of known sequences could be created.
