Et al,

 

                Why when I am in https://oeis.org/A240088 and click on the
first hyper-link, that page comes up as expected - it is now the active web
page in IE10, BUT

when I am in https://oeis.org/A014221 and click on the first hyper-link,
that action asked me if I wish to 'save' the file. I am running Windows 7.1
on an iCore 7.

 

                Can someone explain this contrary behavior?
