In other words, since
gamma(1/2-n) = (-4)^n * sqrt(Pi) * n! / (2*n)!
then (in PARI code)
a(n) = (-1)^n * sum(k=0,n, binomial(2*n-k, k)^2 * (2*n-2*k)! / (n-k)!^2 )
or, perhaps better still:
a(n) = (-1)^n * sum(k=0,n, binomial(2*n-k, k)^2 * binomial(2*n-2*k, n-k) )

Maple can simplify a(n) a bit:
a(n) = sum((-1)^k*binomial(2*n-k,
k)^2*sqrt(Pi)/(2^(-2*n+2*k)*GAMMA(n-k+1)*GAMMA(1/2-n+k)), k = 0 .. n)
