proposed to count the number of different sequences defined by the head-element
of n-th powers of (0,1) matrices, which is http://oeis.org/A238596 .

An explicit table of the sequences generated from (0,1) matrices up to
dimension 4 is now in http://www.mpia-hd.mpg.de/~mathar/public/mathar20140319.html .
I suspect that the sequences generated by the head elementa of (0,1) matrices
up to dimension 3 are all in the OEIS.
