Hello SeqFans,
I guess (hope) this is the lexico-first seq 
describing 
its own inhomogeneous chunks sizes (an inhomogeneous chunk contains no pair of equal integers):

Check 
(inserting a star between two equal integers):

(counting the integers between two stars):
