I will take care of this. I will move the present (Hanna) sequence to a new
number, A250117 (fortunately there are no internal references to it),
and I will bring the old A147316 back to life, but with
a simpler definition.

Paul, I trust this will be OK with you, since it is basically what you
suggested. Thank you for noticing this problem
