[seqfan] Signing contributions

We have contradictory advice about contributions in the Wiki. In:

https://oeis.org/wiki/Style_Sheet

It says:

"Cross-references, links, references, and (usually) examples are
neither signed nor acknowledged in [the extensions field]"

Whereas in:

http://oeis.org/wiki/QandA_For_New_OEIS#Should_I_sign_my_contributions.3F_.28Yes.21.29

It says:

"[Signing contributions] applies to comments, formulas, examples,
programs, even cross-references."

My own opinion is that cross-references, references, and links should
not normally be signed. Examples I actually think should be signed
unless they are very simple.
