[seqfan] Newlines in b-files

I'm using a Windows box, and when I download some of the b-files (e.g.
b090566.txt) from the OEIS, they have UNIX-style LF newlines.
If I load this file into NotePad, the LF's are invisible and the file runs
together into one big line.
WordPad and Word are better at translating the newlines, but I can't save
the file back with Windows-standard CR-LF newlines.
Is there some way specify that b-files are text files so that newlines are
translated into the native format when the file is downloaded?

Yes, I know, everyone hates Microsoft, but I think it's still going to be
around a while, and I don't think newlines are top of their fix list.
