I formally apologize here to Emmanuel Vantieghem and acknowledge that it is
indeed his conjecture.

I submitted some related sequences (A265100, A265104, A265159, A265161) in
which I made the same mistake at least once, so I'll make the corrections
to comments and links later today. Thank you for pointing that out to me.
