Edwin,
You can use the "edit internal format" link (in the title of the edit page)
to copy the original sequence as a whole (Ctrl-A Ctrl-C) and then paste it
in the same "edit internal format" form of the new sequence ; simply leave
there the last line with author & date of creation. Also watch out not to
introduce line breaks as you edit the contents. You may discard the %T and
%U lines and put the whole sequence into the %S line, there may be spaces
after the "," but here too be particularly careful not to put any line
break.
