I see A213064 picks the high 1-bit of each run or A229763 picks the low,
if you wanted to be Thue-Morse of them.  Not sure very significant but
maybe a cross reference.

Various dragon things go reversing like f(2^k-n) = something of f(n)
for 0<=n<=2^(k-1), or with f(2^k-1-n) for segments.  I don't notice much
of that, except perhaps simpler relation to segment direction as
2*a(n)=A246960(2*n).  (That comes up as +1,-1 in a point location too
actually.)
