Are oeis.org/A287297 and oeis.org/A262307 the same sequence? These count binary matrices with no all-zero rows or columns. There seem to be two relevant works in the literature, mentioned in A262307 and in A227322. More or less equivalent ways of reading the array have been added in the Xrefs in A262307. Richard
