[seqfan] Links to the Encyclopedia of Combinatorial Structures are now working again

Dear Sequence Fans, There are over 900 links in the OEIS like this one (in
A000166):

INRIA Algorithms Project, <a href="
http://ecs.inria.fr/services/structure?nbr=21">Encyclopedia of
Combinatorial Structures 21</a>

Some time recently they all stopped working.

But now they are all working again, thanks to
Frédéric Chyzak  (frederic.chyzak at inria.fr)
who was able to restart the machine where this software runs.

Let me know if any of the links are still broken.

(It may also be possible that some of these links say something like
"Broken link?" Any such comments should now be removed.)
