[seqfan] Announcement: a chat on Gitter related to sequences

I just computed a number and looked it up in the inverse
calculator but the answer was cryptic as I did not understood
the abbreviations used.

It occurred to me that it would be nice to have a chat where
one could ask for things like this and others on the fly.

Well, and then I created one, and here it is:
