[seqfan] Broken links to Encyclopedia of Combinatorial Structures

Dear SeqFans,

I just found in a draft that perhaps all links to the Encyclopedia of
Combinatorial Structures are broken. I would not normally write about a
broken link to SeqFan, but this seems to affect more than 900 sequences in
the OEIS. An example I came across just now is
http://ecs.inria.fr/services/structure?nbr=768 in A036249.

I don't know what the original content of that page was, but now the link
only leads to a page with

Unix.Unix_error(Unix.EPIPE, "write", "")

I checked several of the initial results from the search query "INRIA
Algorithms project" and none of the links seemed to work.
