T(n,n) = n! = n T(n-1,n-1) ;
T(n,n-1) = (n+1)T(n-1,n-2) - T(n-1,n-1) = n! (n+3)/2 ;
T(n,n-2) = ?
T(n,0) = 2 T(n-1,0) + T(n-2,0) ; fails for n = 2 ?!
T(n,1) = ?
