[seqfan] Announcements: faster search, new Sys Admin

Russ Cox has speeded up the search for when the query only contains
numerical data. Now even sequences of 0's and 1's get a lightning-fast
answer. Superseeker is also much faster.

We added a fifth systems administrator: Hugo van der Sanden has joined
Russ, Dave, Charles, and me. Besides helping with emails to admin at oeis.org,
he will help with the routine things that take up so much time, like
deleting b-files from people who submit them before a sequence is approved
and are left on the server when the sequence is rejected.

By the way, yesterday someone asked if I would sell the OEIS. This was from
a company that buys web sites in order to run ads on them. No dollar amount
was mentioned. Of course this is against the OEIS principles (and all my
beliefs), and I said No.

Today I got another invitation to buy the domain name oeis.com for $62,400.
I ignored it.
