The way we deal with this problem in our company is with a shared mailbox.
Its definitely not a perfect solution because it is yet another place you
have to remember to check and sometimes messages still get lost or no one
replies etc.  It does have the advantage that if a similar questions arises
at a later date, it is comparatively easy to find a suitable reply in those
already written.

Anyway whatever you decide Neil, I'm happy to be on your list of people
willing to help.
