An alternative and maybe more efficient implementation of this idea of a
shared mailbox would be a shared folder and/or document(s) on the cloud
(e.g. Google docs) which could be edited by anyone who's given permission (or
just a link) to do so. I will make a more concrete proposal to Neil and see.
