[seqfan] A280172 (lexicographically earliest table of positive integers)

Hello seqfans,

I just did a search for the alternate quadrants of the exclusive-OR table,
A003987, using 2s complement for negative numbers, and A280172 popped up.

So I think (for n >= 0, k >= 1) A003987(n, -k) = -A280172(n+1, k), from
which I believe the conjecture in A280172 would follow. Can we prove it?
