I just ran cubeorders twice, with disjoint sets of primes for the Halton
generator ({65521,1747,5647,23293,18911,7541} and {34231,21601,42281,55817,
34141,33301}), and it produced the same list of orders. The number of orders
is the same as when it used the first six primes in A322289. There is no clue
in the counted orders of 5 or 6 dimensions that the least frequent order could
be less than a tenth as frequent as the second least frequent. So I'm pretty
sure that a(6)=5722536960.

The reduced sequence is A009997, and the next term is indeed 124187. So
a(7)=138430238607360.
