Can the triangle in A056856 just be defined as
  T(n,k) = |Stirling1(n,k)| * n^*(k-1) ,
the unsigned triangle of the Stirling Numbers of the
first kind multiplied by perfect powers?

This would read
  T(n,k) = A130534(n,k)* n^*(k-1)
and also imply
  A355007(n,k) = A056856(n,k)* n
